Joe Cole – Youth Football Coach & Groundsman

My name is Joe Cole, and I'm actively involved in grassroots football as the coach of two youth teams — U7s and U11s. I’m passionate about developing young players, focusing on building both skill and confidence on and off the pitch. In addition to coaching, I also work as a groundsman, helping maintain and prepare the pitches to ensure the best playing conditions for all teams. Football is not just a hobby for me — it's a commitment to the community and the next generation of players
